Ciro Mangieri is Highly skilled and dedicated with a remarkable track record of success in the entertainment industry. With a career spanning 17 years, he has honed an exceptional ability to oversee and execute large-scale productions, ensuring seamless coordination between creative vision and technical implementation. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Ciro has consistently delivered outstanding results throughout his professional journey.
Born with a passion for this industry he started working at a young age in different projects then he decided to pursue his Bachelor’s degree in Show Production, in one of the best universities in the country. There he was able to develop a strong foundation in various aspects of production management, including stagecraft, lighting design, sound engineering, and stage management. This comprehensive educational background laid the groundwork for his future success in the industry.
He embarked on his professional career as a warehouse coordinator at a local production company, where he demonstrated his exceptional talent and dedication. This early experience allowed him to gain hands-on exposure to the intricacies of managing productions, from budgeting and scheduling to coordinating major projects and technical setups.
Over the years, he continued to refine his skills and expand his expertise by working on a wide array of projects, including, live concerts, corporate events, fashion shows, sporting events and broadcasts. His ability to adapt to diverse creative visions and manage complex logistics made him a sought-after professional in the industry.

RVAV uses the most reliable quality gear from companies like QSC, Mackie, and Turbo Sound for speakers and monitor systems. Digital sound boards like the Behringer X32 with digital signal paths, networked system integration, and wireless interface control give us the ability to create powerful experiences with increasingly flexible resources. If you need one lavalier mic or a panel of 20 handheld mics we have you covered. RVAV uses only Shure and Sennheiser microphones for wired and wireless mic systems.
RVAV was rewarded with three National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) awards in 2022 in three different categories showing our diversity in production and our quest for excellence in anything we do. We were also awarded in past year with two TELLY awards for video production
